Windows Intune, Microsoft’s cloud-based PC management and security platform for Windows PCs, is off to a slow start with top managed services providers. The evidence: Only 1.5 percent of top MSPs leverage Windows Intune, according to preliminary data from the fifth-annual MSPmentor 100 survey, which closes Dec. 23, 2011.

So far, 83 percent of survey responses represent managed services providers from North America, 13 percent represent MSPs from EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) and 4 percent are from MSPs in Asia Pacific (including Australia and New Zealand).
