Zyrion’s Traverse MSP edition has features designed exclusively for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Traverse can seamlessly handle monitoring of multiple clients with overlapping private address space using its distributed data collection and unique object model. Traverse facilitates decentralized remote infrastructure management that is pro-active and preventive rather than reactive, allowing MSPs to give their customers the control and information they desire based on their business model. The flexible user security model allows having read-write and read-only users within each end customer, and this hierarchy can be replicated as needed to meet the needs of your customers.
Traverse provides a real-time SLA dashboard, Service Containers which allows creating service oriented views of the IT infrastructure, drill down to Netflow for instant troubleshooting, open API as well as an easy-to-use web-based user interface which requires minimal user training. Senior managers including CIO’s and CTOs are active users of Traverse’s Service Containers and flexible dashboards.
Traverse’s DGEs can be placed behind firewalls for monitoring. The DGEs are completely autonomous and fault-tolerant, so all alerts are triggered from the DGE inside the customer network.
