Company Overview: Level Platforms was founded in 1999 as a managed service provider targeting small and medium sized businesses across the US and Canada. The Company shifted its strategy in 2003 to remote monitoring and management software leveraging its deep managed services expertise for the benefit of the growing number of solution providers transitioning from reactive break fix to proactive managed services.
In May 2004, Level Platforms released the first version of Managed Workplace for solution providers. Its simplicity, elegance and power made the product an instant success. In November 2004 Level Platforms won Microsoft’s IMPACT Award for Networking Infrastructure Solution of the Year. As adoption grew rapidly throughout the global Microsoft Partner community, Level Platforms received the Winning Customer Initiative – Small Business Solution of the Year Award in July 2005 and the Global ISV Software Sales and Marketing Partner of the Year in July 2006. Level Platforms has twice been voted by VARs as the Best Business Technology and Best Software Solution at XChange Conferences in 2006.
With over 2500 solution providers now using Managed Workplace to provide managed services to businesses in 30 countries from New York to Nuuk, Greenland, we are proud of our accomplishments and excited by the future.
