All Covered has acquired LAN Associates and PMV Technologies, two managed services providers located in New York and Michigan, respectively Also, All Covered acquired Techcare in May 2011. The company has now made 19 acquisitions in three years.

Despite some depressing economic data from small businesses, there’s good news in the IT channel. Indeed, several hundred IT service providers — including numerous MSPmentor 100 companies — have landed on this year’s Inc. 5000 list, which tracks the fastest-growing privately held companies in the United States.
