netForensics Debuts Managed Services Security Suite
netForensics, which develops cloud security solutions for managed service providers (MSPs), has introduced a security suite for MSPs called nFX One. The new suite has four components for MSPs that want to deliver on-demand security services but do not have the resources to take on additional capital or operational expenses.

Integra Expands Managed PBX and Hosted PBX Services
Integra Telecom‘s Managed PBX and Hosted PBX services for business are now available network-wide. The company’s carrier-class network mainly serves the U.S. West Coast, with some extended reach into the Midwest and East Coast. For MSPs mulling the voice market, Integra’s move is the latest sign that the hosted PBX market has gone mainstream.
Yorktel, Blue Jeans Push Managed Video Conferencing Services
York Telecom (Yorktel), a visual collaboration solution provider, and Blue Jeans Network, a cloud-based video conferencing solution provider, have partnered to promote an enterprise class video conferencing solution, according to Yorktel.
Datto’s BDRfacts.com Website: Some “Facts” Are Wrong
Datto, the backup and disaster recovery (BDR) company, is striving to raise its profile among MSPs (managed services providers) while also developing some positioning statements vs. potential rivals like Axcient and Zenith Infotech. A new Datto-driven website, called BDRfacts.com, attempts to offer “facts with no marketing or sales spin” about various BDR platforms. But a quick check of BDRfacts.com website shows that it contains key factual errors. It’s the latest chapter in a strange competitive showdown between Datto and Axcient.
Zenith Infotech CEO: We’re Still Interested In Bond Settlement
Zenith Infotech, the private cloud storage provider, and its bondholders remain locked in a court case, but Zenith Infotech CEO Akash Saraf told MSPmentor his company is still interested in working out a potential settlement with bondholders. Saraf also told MSPmentor that Zenith Infotech’s publicly disclosed financial records are consistent with information Zenith Infotech has shared privately with Bombay High Court.
