Level Platforms, Inc., the managed services software provider, has partnered with ClearCenter to offer a cloud-based monitoring solution for MSPs and hybrid service providers. The solution is designed for ClearCenter’s ClearOS Enterprise Linux.
The cloud-based monitoring solution allows MSPs and HSPs to monitor ClearOS users through Managed Workplace 2011 — Level Platforms’ flagship monitoring platform. MSPs and HSPs can now monitor, manage and patch remotely, potentially cutting the cost of deploying an on-site technician.
For Level Platforms, the ClearCenter relationship comes just days after the company announced a distribution relationship with Hitachi in Asia. Separately, watch for Level Platforms to soon ship Managed Workplace 2011 R2, which the company has been beta testing in recent weeks.
