All Covered has acquired Techcare, a managed services provider and MSPmentor 100 company in Chicago, Ill. The deal confirms that All Covered remains in acquisition mode under new parent Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. As you may recall, Konica Minolta acquired All Covered back in January 2011. Here’s a closer look at the All Covered-Techcare deal.
According to a prepared statement, Techcare has been providing Managed IT Services in Chicago for more than 20 years and has a strong presence in the educational sector, a major vertical market specialty practice for All Covered’s parent, Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. We’re also checking to see how many Techcare employees are set to join All Covered. We hope to connect with All Covered President Todd Croteau and Techcare President and Steve Feldman soon.
