Kutenda, which specializes in MSP marketing services, has integrated its platform with three well-known PSA (professional services automation) platforms: Autotask, ConnectWise and Tigerpaw Software. As a result, MSPs can manage workflow, contact management, lead generation and marketing from a PSA dashboard, Kutenda says.
Kutenda’s decision to support all three PSA platforms is the latest example of PSA software emerging as a central system for many MSPs and VARs (Yes, VARs too) — although a lot of resellers continue to overlook the strategic value of PSA software.
In stark contrast, Kutenda has a good feel for how MSPs and IT service providers can best run their businesses. CEO Michael Cooch previously led Everon Technology Services, an MSP that PlumChoice acquired in November 2010. Cooch and Everon team members have since joined PlumChoice.
