JoomConnect Founder Chris Chase and MSPintegrations Founder Travis Austin live on opposite coasts and they run different PSA (professional services automation) software. But the managed services veterans have something in common: They’ve both found new opportunities writing MSP-centric software integrations. Some of you are familiar with this story. But for the first time, MSPmentor and The VAR Guy bring Chase and Austin together in a single FastChat video, so that they can discuss their respective strategies and next moves.
First, a tip of my hat: Austin and Chase agreed to be guinea pigs for me earlier today. MSPmentor and The VAR Guy are testing some new FastChat video approaches. I suspect our video strategy will evolve quite a bit in the weeks ahead. So please consider this video approach a beta.
