		<description>Great article Maurice.

The &quot;Cloud&quot; is obviously a buzz word and our MSP Partners clients will be asking whats in it for them.

From our point of view, as a SMB business (Naverisk is a MSP / RMM software vendor ) and a former MSP practice owner we see Cloud Services as one of several ways of delivering Utility Computing.

Businesses obviously want to pay a consumption based fee (per user or device, for example) for a guaranteed outcome (IT systems that work), as opposed to a large upfront spend with further costs every time there is an IT issue.

As long as the business gets the advantages of Utility Computing I don&#039;t think they really care how this is delivered (as long as it is secure, of course), whether this is via the &quot;Cloud&quot; or via an onsite setup.

A &quot;Private Cloud&quot; is a nice way of positing a utility based onsite offering that captures the buzz and avoids the MSP being marginalized by a direct vendor offering.

Cheers

<description>Maurice...love this article, as a firm who focuses on Social Media Consulting and Search Engine Optimization, I believe that MSPs have a huge opportunity to become that trusted resource even more by sitting down with them and talking about search results, web marketing and how technology can help.

This is what Ulistic offers to MSPs...another revenue stream for them.

This may just help clear some of the clouds.
