I'd be curious to know if potential Zimbra resellers find the acquisition by VMWare as a good thing. Any current Zimbra resellers feeling any changes - are they (VMWare) as or more responsive to your needs, communicating openly with you, etc. I'm with HyperOffice which competes with MS BPOS. We have an integrated collaboration suite aimed at businesses between 5-250 employees; after 10 years of selling direct we are now ready to open up our channel and welcome MSPs who want to stand apart instead of being a me-too supplier of messaging & collaboration solutions.
