Quest is a really strong company with deep pockets and a chairman (Vinny Smith) that will invest very heavily behind products they aquire. In fact, dont be suprised to see Smith put 10s of millions into growing this buisness in 2010 alone. Smith has an reputation of "going be or going home." It seems like they are going long and hard on PacketTrap. That's great for us MSPs. The more large companies with deep pockets that invest in their technology the better position we will be in receive high quality software at competitive prices. Go Vinny, invest invest invest!
