An upgrade battle continues across the managed services software market. The latest effort comes from LPI Level Platforms Inc., which says Managed Workplace 2010 is now available for MSPs targeting small and midsize customers. Level Platforms’ press release leads me to believe the MSP software market is starting to develop specific segments. I’ll be back with more thoughts later today.
