		<description>I think, eventually, all the internet or computer related (I say more - all the electronics related) companies will move from usual form of support to a remote support services, because it will be cheaper, more effective and easier.</description>

		<description>I find it interesting that they are outsourcing all of the remote services to a company called SupportSpace based out of San Fran and Israel.  SupportSpace uses a proprietary platform to get techs on the fly - no full timers.  I&#039;ve got to believe this is going to make it very tough to deliver the kind of account management and accountability a business would want, but probably a fine model for home users.
