		<description>Mike (and all readers...): Never a need to thank me for the coverage. I look forward to hearing more &quot;lessons learned&quot; from you in 2010. I&#039;ll be in touch.

		<description>Thanks for the coverage Joe.  You asked a good question here: &quot;Will all HaaS engagements succeed?  Certainly not.&quot;

This is an important point. HaaS will not be THE solution for every client, particularly over the next couple of years until the service starts to become more mainstream and accepted. MSPs need to keep flexibility in their approach and always look to move their clients to the most applicable and valuable service offering they can.

We are already learning some very important lessons in how to sell this stuff - thanks to CharTec training and our own conversations with prospects. It isn&#039;t going to be an easy sell every time, but it is worth the effort!

		<description>Alex: I&#039;ll be in touch regarding the best practices, objections, pitfalls, etc. Definitely worth discussing and sharing with our readers.

		<description>Joe,
We actually starting offering HaaS to our clients in 2002. Im not saying we invented HaaS but we have been at it a long time. This all started when we could not get one of our flat rate clients to buy new servers. So we upped his monthly and gave him 2 servers and 4 workstations - And Tadaaaa CharTec was born. Since then we have made a lot of mistakes in selling, presenting, servicing, and supporting our HaaS Clients. And the Mistakes are big enough that when you make them you lose all confidence in the model. I would be more then happy to share some best practices, Objections and pitfalls with you in a webinar for all your followers. Take Care and keep up the great work! I love this Site!
