		<description>Hey Matthew
This is strange positioning from Paessler. How can a company have &quot;its key rivals as Solarwinds and Nimsoft&quot; ?

Nimsoft and Solarwinds are completely different solutions aimed at completely different types of customers. We rarely compete with Solarwinds and honestly, I cannot think of a single occasion where we&#039;ve competed with Paessler.

I realize that companies want to position themselves as an alternative to Nimsoft, but in reality we deal with more mature, established MSPs than this company would. The requirements that our customers/partners have for heterogeneous support, scalability, reliability etc, are not requirements that can be met by lower end solutions.

If we are ever competing with Paessler, then the one of us is in the wrong place.
