Excellent point about the HBB market, SaaS and MSPs.

As SaaS proliferates I believe we will have to change the notion of how we classify businesses. Terms like "Home-based", or even "Enterprise" presumably meaning large corporate campuses, lose their meaning as SaaS makes location, and to some degree scale, trivial.

The challenge for the MSP will be to craft a portfolio that leverages the potential strength of location agnosticism and on-demand scale so that it is just as easy and cost effective to sell to one guy at home as it is to sell to a more traditional MSP client.
