Hey Ben A,

I'm currently trying to get in contact with Ben Greiner and dig into that story. Hopefully we'll have something in the near future.

The 12% market share stat for Apple (link provided in blog) is for households only, not businesses. Do we know what their penetration is in the business world? Because that's where the vast majority of MSPs are focused.

Our company (forgetcomputers.com) is focused 100% on providing MSP services to Apple users. Apple's Remote Management System is a great tool, but it's not MSP friendly. We use the JAMF Software Casper Suite for more robust management. If any MSPs need assistance with Apple products we're available to partner.

Arlin is right. We have a number of Mac's under management, and simply integrate that into our standard managed services offering. The services aren't "Mac" oriented, but we view it as simply part of the offering.

I'm notorious for being a hardcore Mac guy myself, presenting on my bright red MacBook Pro, and several of my engineers also use Macs for their field machines.

I view it as part of the infrastructure offering as opposed to a separate practice.
