Joe,

John is an employee at Nemsys LLC, an IT Managed Service Provider out of Toledo, Ohio, and of which where LabTech was born out of and shares an office with.

The big thing to look forward to with LabTech, is as you said, in their pursuit of strong industry partnerships, and what will come of that. Things are certainly looking up for LabTech as James stated, and there's a strong team behind the company and software to help continue its' push into the market.

Joe, I think you will find some interesting developments coming soon from LabTech.

As for RTDS, we are experiencing a good mix of MSP NOC and general hosting support services. Most everything will eventually move to the Cloud and will continue to require RMM support regardless. RTDS is helping bridge the gap now using the LT platform to evaluate and monitor local infrastructures which we eventually migrate to a hosted environment for our clients saving them money and providing the ongoing 24x7 support.

Thanks for asking. Jim

We've also received good feedback about LabTech from mutual partners we share. The LabTech team used CommitCRM's API to develop a nice plug-in that lets LabTech's users sync data (customers, tickets/alerts, assets/devices, etc.) with CommitCRM. This integration provides MSPs with a nicely integrated solution to manage their MSP/RMM and PSA needs.

James: Thanks for providing more perspective on LabTech. We'll be watching the company closely in the months ahead. Please also keep us updated on Real Time Data Service.

LabTech is a great RMM tool! I can see why they "could" be an acquisition target at some point. The LT console is superior to many others so you all should take a look and compare.

Real Time Data Service (RTDS)www.myrealdata.com is the first LabTech accredited NOC providing support from our facility in New Delhi India. We provide RMM, help desk and hosting of the LT 2.5 console platform. We love LabTech and use it to monitor all of the RTDS infrastructure as well which includes nearly 100 servers alone.

Go LabTech!

Thanks, Jim
