Very interesting news from a CW Partner perspective. Sounds like CoreConnex has a good sense of who they are, what they do well. Their due diligence must have been exhaustive, and sound like their choice was well placed with CW as a thought leader is PSA. It takes quite a leap of faith to trust their faithful clients in the hands of a partner. Growth by acquisition, if executed correctly, can be very powerful, and I'm glad to CW securing more market share. I think this will serve to make both companies stronger, and can honestly say we look forward to improvements as a result.

I have to give props to CoreConnex for doing the right thing by transitioning their existing clients to another great PSA software.

As a current client of CoreConnex knowing that they are taking the proper steps to ensure that thing their we are taken care of and not just telling us sorry is a big relief to our organization. About 7 months ago we had a similar experience with an RMM software company that sent essential dropped off the face of the earth with out working with their clients which was a huge headache for us.

Though I am sad to see CoreConnex drop ConnexIT, I do think that they are making the right move. They are getting into a new uncrowded market space where they have the potential to become an leader and do very well.
