While I appreciate the grandiose of BPOS, I ultimately went with something else. I did my research, compared it with Google Apps, HyperOffice.com, and a few other SaaS vendors, and decided I'd rather go with a hosted Exchange alternative. A lot of the information and resources I got from www.exchangeserverfacts.com. After going through that site, I decided that a hosted Exchange server or SharePoint alternative simply has more options and more flexibility at a fraction of the cost of BPOS. These Microsoft partners are charging an arm and a leg! with little customer service.
