The other things that I see are: Build Businesses that are bigger than they wanted or expected. Business owners don't always plan their business or how it fits into their lifestyle. When the business is built it takes all of the time and energy the business owner has and more. Distraction, business owners get off their path. They can be easily distracted and lose focus on their vision and strategies. When you lose focus on your business vision, the strategies don't move forward in the way they should. So true!

The other things that I see are:
