Video Demo: Kaseya on the iPhone

During the Kaseya Connect User Conference, Kaseya Executive VP Jim Alves gave me a preview of the company’s service desk software running on the iPhone. Here’s a quick video showing the iPhone application in action, plus some thoughts from Alves about when the application will actually ship.

Sorry the iPhone close-up is a little blurry. When I sat down with Alves and Kaseya President Mark Sutherland, I was a sleep deprived blogger who needed some latte. But, I think the video gives managed service providers a feel for how Kaseya’s service desk software will run on the iPhone, plus Alves’ commentary offers some timely insights.
