In the meantime, a thought: To me it sounds like Cittio was doomed to go out of business, but had some promising code that Nimsoft acquired at a market discount. Surely, acquiring promising technology at a potential market discount isn&#039;t a crime. Is it?</description>

Nimsoft claims to be a successful leader in this space, yet it chose to do this acquisition because it &quot;rolled across the desk&quot;.  Does not sound like a strategy to me and if one must watch costs during these times, where does one find the money to acquire new assets?  Any ideas here?</description>
