In the meantime, a thought: To me it sounds like Cittio was doomed to go out of business, but had some promising code that Nimsoft acquired at a market discount. Are questions of corporate strategy and methods used to reduce costs off limits during these podcasts? Nimsoft claims to be a successful leader in this space, yet it chose to do this acquisition because it "rolled across the desk". Does not sound like a strategy to me and if one must watch costs during these times, where does one find the money to acquire new assets? Any ideas here? Nice podcast.
