    Nice podcast. Are questions of corporate strategy and methods used to reduce costs off limits during these podcasts? Nimsoft claims to be a successful leader in this space, yet it chose to do this acquisition because it “rolled across the desk”. Does not sound like a strategy to me and if one must watch costs during these times, where does one find the money to acquire new assets? Any ideas here?

    Hi Benb: No relevant questions are off limits during our podcasts. But we also can’t anticipate every question that’s on a reader’s mind.

    The podcast doesn’t “end” when the recorded dialog ends. The dialog can continue here in the comments section.

    In the meantime, a thought: To me it sounds like Cittio was doomed to go out of business, but had some promising code that Nimsoft acquired at a market discount. Surely, acquiring promising technology at a potential market discount isn’t a crime. Is it?
