<description>MaxSP officially or not so officially closed it&#039;s doors on Jan 15, turning us into the streets for the last time.

The CFO hoped to sell the customer info accumulated over the span of the business to someone else. John Goodrich, the CEO, is sniffing around the valley looking for some money to carry it on, though with the customer base left without a real clue as to what happened, I think the name is tarnished, to say the least.

I&#039;m still answering some calls and questions about what we did and how we did it, but the moment of opportunity has passed and others such as Zenith Data Systems have capitalized on our visio, I believe.

Myself and Ed De Sousa have a great deal of information collected in our heads about the model, the customer base and the methods and processes, but no real idea about what to do with it.

Ed needs a new job, and I&#039;m working with an MSP in northern Los Angeles trying to use off the shelf components to recreate a model.
