Nearly 40 percent of managed service providers already offer some form of managed print services, with an additional 34 percent of MSPs formulating managed print strategies now, according to MSPmentor’s weekly reader poll. Here’s a look at the stats.
According to 108 poll participants:
- 39% already offer managed print services
- 17% plan to offer
- 17% plan to evaluate
- and 27% have no plans to offer managed print services
Not by coincidence, big technology companies also are showing growing interest in managed print services. MSPmentor recently spotted six signs of growth for the managed print market, including noteworthy moves by Dell, Hewlett-Packard, Ingram Micro, The Photizo Group, The Utility Company and Xerox.
