I don't believe Paglo is designed to be a replacement to your current RMM service, but it is a very, very nice tool to augment and your RMM. Paglo really comes in handy when you are troubleshooting systems, as well as providing deep levels or reporting.

I spent some time going through Paglo's site this morning by watching the demos and learning the socialization aspect of the product, but it appears that the solution is more of a data collection or monitoring application than it is automated remediation. There were also HUGE pieces missing if we are looking at comparing this solution as a replacement to other RMM or MSP management solutions on the market.

Thanks for adding some additional commentary on Paglo Lisa.

Yes, it is true, Paglo is $1 per managed device per month. The pricing is posted right online for everyone to see at
http://www.paglo.com/signup

And you can sign up and start searching and visualizing your data in minutes.

You may also want to check out the library of screenshots at http://www.paglo.com/screenshots as Paglo is a complete platform for IT management including asset discovery, server monitoring, and network management.

Feel free to call us directly at 650.858.3120 or send an email to sales@paglo.com and we would be happy to demo the service. You will probably walk away from the discussion wondering why you would ever deploy server infrastructure again or sign ridiculously expensive long-term contracts.

Regards,
Brian de Haaff

Jeannine: Sorry for missing ConnectWise on the list. I'm sure I missed quite a few MSP-focused software companies on the list above. Clearly, hosted is the fast-growth market opportunity for MSPs and their software suppliers.

I spoke with somebody at Paglo this morning; it truly is $1/device/month, and they allow month to month billing by credit card. No sign up fees, and no long contracts, this is what SaaS was designed to do!

Roger: I haven't personally tested the service, nor do I know if costs somehow escalate based on features/functions. Check in directly with Paglo, and let us know what you hear.

$1 per month per device sounds too good to be true. What's the catch?
