The biggest marketing problem of all: Most MSPs don’t have any type of marketing plan and don’t know where to start.
Wilson: Unfortunately, many MSPs start by promoting their vendor relationships rather than their own expertise and brand. For those getting started, I continue to highly recommend this great book: The New Rules of Marketing and PR.
