And I would caution that "late" is a relative term. They're a little late to the first inning of a nine inning game... But yes, other companies within the MSP market have moved to complete SaaS solutions. In terms of companies "switching" from Kaseya to another tool or vice versa, you should check in with the individual software providers. Our annual MSPmentor 100 survey shows that the typical MSP uses at least three different tools. So I suspect lots of test drives involving multiple tools occur. Is that correct and if so have any MSPs switched from Kaseya to a SAAS offering from another company and what was the outcome?
