Admit you don't know everything - sometimes that's why you hire people to work for you, especially in IT. Admitting when you don't know the answer, whether it be technological or otherwise gives your employees a sense of worth within your organization. One of my famous lines with my engineers is "I don't know "x". I'm smart enough to know when I don't know the answer, and that's why you're here." 5.
