I think a lot of MSPs are giving the model a look. Whether they've introduced such services -- or profit from such services -- is another story. While Do IT Smarter and Ingram Micro Seismic have been Master MSPs for quite some time, most other companies are newbies to this effort. One small clarification: 20% of MSPs “claim” they are shifting to the Master MSP model. I think a lot of MSPs are giving the model a look. Whether they’ve introduced such services — or profit from such services — is another story.

Master MSP is a pretty loosely-defined word at this point, so it will be interesting to see what models help these providers find success in the marketplace.
