An example: Jenaly, an MSP in New Hampshire, designed a single-page bullet list describing the value of managed services to customers. I don't think the sheet mentioned managed services by name, but instead focused on pro-active system maintenance, no surprise costs, etc. Sometimes saying less leads to more success.
