An example: Jenaly, an MSP in New Hampshire, designed a single-page bullet list describing the value of managed services to customers. I don&#039;t think the sheet mentioned managed services by name, but instead focused on pro-active system maintenance, no surprise costs, etc.</description>

		<description>This is genius in its simplicity. I don&#039;t know why more companies don&#039;t try to de-tech their jargon so business people understand what they are doing.

I think many VARs and MSPs would get even more business if they did this......
