<description>@Jeff H: Your commitment to MySQL and Red Hat caught my attention. MSPmentor&#039;s sister site, The VAR Guy (&lt;a href=&quot;http://www.thevarguy.com&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;www.thevarguy.com&lt;/a&gt;), covers both of those companies closely. We are a firm believer that MSPs and VARs should be looking at the LAMP software stack, and leveraging open source in some scenarios for NOCs and SaaS deployments. Good to meet you. Please stay in touch and keep us posted on your company&#039;s progress.

<description>Thanks for this series. Very helpful as we are just ramping up our branding efforts.

We are in the process of redesigning our site now. Some things we are doing.

We are shifting from the technology pitch to the value pitch. Our partners (MySQL, Red Hat) sales training tools have been great at this as they sale their services from a value perspective.

Partner logos are on their own page. We want to promote us not our partners (unless they are bankrolling the promotion).

We recently signed up with RatePoint to help manage customer feedback. I cannot stress how easy it is to get customer feedback with Ratepoint. We put a link to our form on every help desk ticket, invoice, email, etc.
