All true Joe. When I was hired on about 8 years ago at my current employer, an interview question was how did I think an economic slowdown would affect our outsourced IT business? Well, that question was posed 8 months before Sept 11th, 2001. As long as an MSP (or any business) can provide value, and effectively communicate that value, we can get through this temporary slowdown and grow our businesses at the same time. If an MSP makes sense during challenging times, then MSP's make even more sense when times are good.
