MSP Acquisition: OneNeck IT Services Buys Hosting Center

June was a busy month for managed service provider (MSP) acquisitions. And now, July is off to a fast start — with OneNeck IT Services Corp. acquiring Ensynch Inc.’s outsourced managed hosting business.

The OneNeck-Ensynch transaction is the 17th deal this year to land on our MSPmentor M&A Tracker.

OneNeck specializes in ERP outsourcing services for midsize manufacturers and distribution companies. Ensynch of Tempe, Ariz., says it sold off the hosting business to focus on professional services and staffing businesses. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
