		<description>Actually, the concept of managed services was born in Fortune 500 companies such as HP, EMC, Johnson &amp; Johnson, Staples and others....most just didn&#039;t realize that it was translatable to a broader marketplace, as the technology, such as broadband access, wasn&#039;t very developped at the time.

We based our model on our experiences as server and desktop managers and directors at larger companies, and went from there.  Of course, now, it&#039;s possible to outsource much of the technical side of things, so the costs of entry and continued delivery have dropped dramatically...</description>
