		<description>Ok, so the question I would pose here is do these certifications (ISO 27001 and SAS70) transcend the legal hurtles one would have to jump in order to hold a foreign company accountable if a security breech were to occur?  In other words, if a company in India mishandled my client&#039;s data, do these certifications help me legally in any way?  Is there precedent, or have we even gotten that far in outsourcing 24x7 remote monitoring and remediation services?</description>
