Ronny: Good luck with your new compliance mandate in Europe. Which one are you referring to?

I could not agree more. Both government driven organizations and medium sized business have the need for this kind of services. Not to mention that we in fall 2008 get a new law in the European Union much like the Sarbanes-Oxley act in the US. This will push the need for MSP services even more to enterprise solutions.

I would label Nimsoft as more of a platform provider to both MSPs and corporate IT.

This is something we've seen in our larger customers - they have easy and affordable access to the same tools we do. It makes for some interesting conversations about your value proposition in some cases.

I think this really goes to show that MSPs really need to focus in on certain customer segments where your value is really clear and defensible.

It also goes to show that MSP is such a broad term...Nimsoft is an MSP, Everon is an MSP - but we're in totally different businesses.
