Autotask Corporation has been working with nearly a dozen Master MSPs over the past year to develop the technological infrastructure that will allow a seamless workflow between the back-end Master MSP provider, and the MSP reselling the services. We will be releasing this technology soon as part of our new Outsource Management Module in the coming months. Meanwhile, NetEnich is the latest company to announce a new, super-seamless ticket-sharing integration with Autotask, and MSPSN (working with ITControlSuite) has also standardized on Autotask as their MasterMSP ticket-sharing platform.
