Neil: More info on Silverback/Everdream to following in a few weeks. Give MSPmentor a little bit of time to dig some more around Dell. We have some unconfirmed info, but we’re not ready to publish until we get some more firm details about what’s next for Silverback and Everdream.

Everyone seems to mention dell and silverback. not enough focus on everdream. Hoping we hear how dell plans to bring everdream into its channel.

Thanks for asking. My question for dell is as follows: Will dell consider territories for silverback partners and can we expect a hardware as a service program from the company? If so, when and how will it work?
