Dell is among the companies attending next week’s managed services conference in Atlanta. But I’ll get a jump on some of that Dell discussion by visiting the PC giant on March 28.
I’ll be meeting with Dell Channel Chief Greg Davis, and hope to get an update on the company’s overall managed services strategy. Several readers have asked me to drill down with Davis on how Silverback and Everdream (two of Dell’s 2007 acquisitions) may evolve into an integrated solution for MSPs.
If you have more questions for Davis, I’m all ears. Post them here or send them to joe [at] ninelivesmediainc.com.

Thanks for asking. My question for dell is as follows: Will dell consider territories for silverback partners and can we expect a hardware as a service program from the company? If so, when and how will it work?
Everyone seems to mention dell and silverback. not enough focus on everdream. Hoping we hear how dell plans to bring everdream into its channel.
Neil: More info on Silverback/Everdream to following in a few weeks. Give MSPmentor a little bit of time to dig some more around Dell. We have some unconfirmed info, but we’re not ready to publish until we get some more firm details about what’s next for Silverback and Everdream.
