		<description>I am excited to see Microsoft entering this space. I think that it will drive customer interest and confidence. If you look at the evolution of the channel first we sold software, then we sold software with services and now we are focusing more and more on the services and not so much the software sale. The fact that the software is now hosted remotely and not installed locally has nothing to do with the amount of services that you can provide a customer.</description>
