Autotask is adding Outsourcing as a core component of Autotask. We want to make it even easier for a Service provider to outsource and track work sent to a service network like IMOnsite or OnForce, or share tickets with another Company using Autotask, or outsource work orders to their subcontractors that don't have in-house system. All the outsourced work is assigned from a standard service ticket and then easily tracked inside Autotask.
