Gavin was dynamic. I think most attendees would agree that we need to shift to a managed service model. But entrenched habits cause a lot of us to take a wait and see attitude. I suspect we'll start testing managed storage in April because, essentially, Gavin is correct. Businesses are ready to outsource some or all of their IT.
