Generally speaking, I'm upbeat on the open source model and wish more MSP platform providers would embrace it. Untangle, through its open source approach, now has a community of developers helping to improve the product. MSP peers could benefit in similar ways -- though I don't want to position open source as the "only" or "best" approach. I'm just surprised more platform providers don't give that approach a look.
