A big shout out to Todd when you see him.

Bruce: Great to hear from you. Todd McKendrick, VP of sales at Do IT Smarter, made some very compelling points for embracing a hosted MSP service and getting started on the road to managed services.

He’s got a point. If you can lower the barriers to entry, it becomes much easier to migrate. The days of dropping $50-$100K to get started are long gone. Let’s just hope that with extra investment dollars in their pockets these newly minted MPSs will pay attention to marketing and customer relationships. That is how they will provide a great experience for their customers and grow their business.
